subject to an additional 10% GST. This does NOT apply to customers
in any other location, such as the United States.

Contract Termination and fee
procedures will apply to break a Contract early under the terms of our Service
Agreement.

The Contract must be terminated and all outstanding registration
fees paid before a domain name can be unlocked. There are no additional fees to unlock a domain name.

Ownership of all domain names remains
with RegistryWeb until all outstanding fees are paid.
